Domain Coordination Committee Call Review

• Art Decor Based Profiles - Meeting with Kai on April 10th. Positive conversation about using Art DECOR tool set to review and access templates and value sets. Public Comment periods will easy to accomplish. The link can be circulated in a read-only mode, allowing review of any details without separate licences.
• Documentation Work Group - Review of templates for frameworks and profile supplements. They are looking for volunteers to join monthly, hour-long calls. Cardiology should join the conversation. Antje is willing to review content and contribute. In the past calls were scheduled late in the evening, which was difficult with the time change to Germany.

Consolidated CRC Templates

Chris has created all of the Header-Level Templates. He has a few questions into Kai for clarification. Chris has also included sample text so the user can see how the XML will look. Nick and Chris will dig into the lower level review. Dan has reviewed the Family History section and will review theSocial History section. Nick completed the Plan of Care review. Rebecca asked several questions around the Angina/Unstable Angina and entered it as an item in the Issue Log, as unable to add concept. It may be difficult to avoid complexity as observations from various devices and providers. Some of this may need to be left up to vendors. This is meant to be an example, not an exhaustive list of every possibility. This also allows clinicians flexibility to document items that may not be included within our list.

Next Steps

• Chris will contact Mary Jungers to establish if the templates on the FTP site from 2012 are still valid.
• Dan will review the Social History section and upload changes the FTP site.
• Art DECOR users should send Chris a screen shot of the tabs listed on the CRC page. There are some users who seem to have different configurations. Chris will follow up with Kai to resolve.
